Name of client: L. Edward Alexander Franks I stayed in the hotel for one night in May on my way to Athens. This was my first stay at the hotel and, I hope, not my last. I was given a room across the street in the new building. It was a great room, modern, spotless, great decor and comfortable. Good TV! The breakfast was very good. There was a wide selection to choose from. I believe the orange juice was real. for some reason in so many hotels in southern Europe and the Middle-East an orange type drink is served. It's sweet and has no resemblance to orange juice. I had a chance to practise my italian language skills, which are better for reading and writing than speaking. I don't get the opportunity to speak as much as I would like. The staff at the Reception Desk were friendly and efficient. Mr. Perego was very kind and efficient. A guest ahead of me had a problem, which he dealt with with great patience. He apologized to me for the delay, something he needn't have done. He presented me with a glass paper weight upon my departure. This was an unexpected nice touch. I have it my library. The hotel offers the guests 30 minutes free use of the hotel computers! That's really great!! I expect to be in Milan next year. I'll make sure to stay at the Hotel Berna.
