“Very small rooms but great stay”

The
hotel is in the best location for travel by train and using the
underground in all transportations , the rooms were really small but
practical the breakfast was tasty and the hotel staff were really
helpful , i will stay there next time bcuz of all the good things , the
hotel is classic type not modern but it really feels like home.

Hotel
berna has excellent location, close to metro, train station. Staff are
very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, hot/cold
foods, cereals, juices and amazing tarts/pastries. Seven girls travelled
from Ireland and we all rated this hotel very highly...and we're fussy!
Special thanks to Max the bar man who whipped up some bites for us with
delicious cocktails on our arrival. We'll be back!

Very nice hotel!
Very clean ( spotless is a better word to use) and modern.
Breakfast was a solid A+++. From meat cuts to sweets and fresh fruits it was great begging of the day.
Less then 2 minute walk to the metro, only 2 stops away from Duomo.
Staff was great, perfect English, everyone was attentive.
Great hotel all around.
Highly advise.

We
stayed here in April 2013 based on its location and also the positive
reviews on Tripadvisor. I am glad to say that the positive reviews are
true. Firstly, Hotel Berna is located conveniently near Milano Centrale
station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the hotel from the
station. Upon arrival at the reception, the friendly & attentive
staff makes a person feel at home. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was
spacious and clean. The welcome biscotti was a nice touch. Throughout
our stay, we met many attentive and friendly staff of Hotel Berna. We
would definitely stay here again if we are in Milano.

We
stayed here Easter week. Everything positive that I saw here on TA was
true. Staff was friendly enough , actually very helpful.. Check in was
fast and efficient.They helped us make good decisions on day trips..
Big, big breakfast. Rooms were spotless.. Even the housekeepers were
extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Room Tip: Be sure to buy the 24 or 48 hr Metro card, for getting around the city, on 1st arrival.. Available a...

We
flew into Milan from Australia and were looking for somewhere to rest
before travelling around Italy. This Hotel was perfect for that. Very
attentive staff, quiet rooms, the choice of the type of pillow and how
many, juice, coffee, tea, bottled water and biscotti in our room and
more available in the foyer. We asked for directions to the Duomo and
the staff were only too happy to help. Also breakfast provided a wide
range of hot and cold choices, very impressive. This hotel seems to have
customer service down to a fine art.
Room Tip: Rooms on the top floors are quieter
